Northside for Business Awards 2018
Businesses on the Northside of Cork which make a hugely positive contribution to the City and their local
community were honoured at the Northside for Business Awards recently at the Ambassador Hotel,
Military Hill, Cork. There were over 45 individual enterprise applications with 70 nominations received across
the seven categories.

One of the key objectives of the Northside for Business organisation is to recognise and reward companies in
Cork City for their continued success and contributions to the on-going development and growth of the
northside of the city.

Adrienne Rogers, Cork City LEO (Local Enterprise Office) and chair of the Northside For Business Steering
Committee said “It is an initiative developed to recognise the variety and quality of the businesses on the
northside of Cork and the contribution that they make in the community and the economy. These businesses
are at the core of all that is good in the fabric of Northside communities”.
